I really like this! This is a great product for hydration. My skin is trending normal-to-dry as I get older, and I also live in a relatively extreme winter climate, so I’m always looking for hydration help. This toner is a great find. First thing: when I hear “toner,” I think of a liquid texture. This is not that—it’s a gel. Honestly I like that better, since liquid toners always kind of feel like I’m not sure I’m doing much? Or applying the right amount? This smooths on well, and it absorbs really well. I like to use it after I’ve patted my face with wet hands so that my skin is damp, and then layer a more occlusive moisturizer on top. I didn’t experience any irritation with this, and the gel texture thankfully isn’t sticky (that’s a dealbreaker for me) and hasn’t pilled under other products (also pretty much a dealbreaker). There’s no strong fragrance, and it does seem to help my skin lock in moisture. The bottle is also generously sized so it’s a great value for the price. I’ll be adding this to my list of favorite finds!

This has to be the most hydrating toner ever! It has a light jelly texture, so it gets spread over the skin thicker than most toners. The very instant it touches my skin, my face feels so amazingly soothed and hydrated! I like how this is formulated with 11 types of hyaluronic acid and ectoin. I didn't know exactly what ectoin was and how it benefits skin, so I had to look it up. It turns out that hyaluronic acid plumps up skin with moisture, and the ectoin basically locks that moisture in. I guess that is why this toner seems to quickly hydrate my skin and keep it looking and feeling hydrated for quite some time. My skin has been so dry and irritated from this harsh winter, and it feels so good to apply this toner! I like using it in the morning and then sealing it in further with a moisturizer. The only downside has been that it doesn't work well as a layer under my foundation. So on days I want to use this toner, I skip the foundation which isn't a big deal at all most of the time. This toner makes my skin so plump and calm that I don't miss the foundation much at all! I think that this toner is s great option for anyone who wants a big, effective boost of hydration!
